PVC Solid Woven Conveyor Belt
Besides traditional Capping rubber, we newly developed Polyurethane Capping. It is designed to protect the steel stringer bars supporting the screen cloths in vibrating screens.
Solid woven PVC conveyor belting has proven to be the longest wearing, best performing and most problem free package handling belt available. The general purpose specifications are ideal for a variety of slider bed, roller bed, and live roller applications. Offers low stretch high fastener holding ability and superior rip, tear, and gouge resistance.
PVC offers your customers versatility with excellent resistance to acids, and chemicals. Friction surface and brush backs are available on the bottom side for slider bed applications, or on both sides for package handling use.

Polyurethane Capping / Poly Capping

Polyurethane Capping has excellent ozone, wear and impact resistance. Comparing with Capping Rubber, the working life of Polyurethane type is 7 times longer.
